I am thrilled to offer you this invitation to join The Storm Team! This is a self-paced program that focuses on twelve areas of ADHD management. Consider it a unique tool kit that will arm you with a wide variety of tools and strategies to help better manage ADHD. Each of the twelve areas has a distinct focus (everything from Maturing your Imagination to The Emotional Distress Syndrome) and includes a video to watch, a micro-meditation to listen to and specific strategies to implement in your daily life.

When you join The Storm Team, you have immediate access to all twelve units, but we recommend taking your time and working through one area per week, or 4 per month. And because we know how important reminders and repetition are, we will be sending a monthly email to keep you on track.

This collection of education, strategies, tools and motivation techniques comes from my 30 plus years of working in the field of ADHD treatment. I highlight and build on the concepts covered in my book Focused Forward and my podcast The Complex.

I hope you decide to take this unique and generous offer, as it just may change your life! That may sound dramatic, but I guarantee you will leave this training with not just a deeper understanding of how ADHD may be affecting so many aspects of your life, but you will have at your fingertips an organized tool kit to utilize and come back to over time. Please read some of the testimonials below from others who have already benefited from these materials. I’m grateful for the ability to provide such life-changing resources to everyone across the world who want and need them as much as I do. As always, remember that self-care is the best care.

As a bonus for signing up, I will send you a signed copy of my book Focused Forward where you’ll learn to identify, manage and alleviate the symptoms of the Emotional Distress Syndrome. Don’t worry, we’ll also be reviewing this in Storm Team Session 8.

What people are saying

A very real possibility, had I not met James, would be losing all hope. ADHD is no picnic, especially when you’re trying to fit into the “normal” world. James Ochoa comes at treatment from a different place—one in which my crazy, imaginative self might just be okay. He is supportive, creative, funny, optimistic and open minded. One of a kind.

Working with James since my adult diagnosis of adhd at 41 years old has changed my life. Through his coaching and modern therapy methods, I’ve been able to increase productivity, deepen relationships, and gain a better understanding of what works best for me. With James’ guidance, I am learning to live my best life after many years of operating at 50%. I highly recommend James to anyone looking for executive or personal coaching, he has changed my business and my life.
— David
When I learned at age 50 that I had ADHD, I had many painful emotional triggers from a lifetime of believing I should be able to change by just “trying harder” and “caring more.” Using group therapy, EMDR, and education about ADHD, James helped me become more at home inside my own head and able to feel love and patience toward myself. I have witnessed James’ own journey of self-development and curiosity as he continues to explore ways to help. The writing of his first book, Focused Forward: Navigating the Storms of Adult ADHD, the articles he has published, his website, and the creative podcasts he now produces continue to bring new insights and a fresh perspective to an often misunderstood or minimized condition. I can’t wait to see what he does next!

James Ochoa is a fantastic teacher. He explains complex issues and concepts in a way I’m able to understand. His mentorship and coaching have helped me grow exponentially.

I knew that I was suffering from PTSD from a sequence of traumatic events that spanned 7 years. I had seen several therapists, and found some support and comfort, but nothing that seemed to help me find my way back to the person I once was. However, in just 2 sessions with James, I felt better and stronger than I had in years. James explained how my ADHD was contributing to my trauma, creating an obstacle to my recovery. I feel like I’ve gotten my fight back.

James has been the biggest positive influence in my career. He has also been my personal coach and mentor for the past twelve years. I highly recommend his integrity and know-how.
