Lessons in Living has been running since 1996. It's one of the most personal experiences James offers — a small cohort where you learn alongside people who understand exactly what you're navigating, and build strategies that actually fit how your brain works.

Cohort size: Limited to 6 participants
Investment: $1,111 total ($111 per session)
Requirement: Must have an ADHD diagnosis and reside in Texas

Every session combines guided micro-meditations, psychoeducation, and discussion — plus bonus weekly laser coaching sessions with our coaching team to review and deepen each week's topic.

Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before the start date. Cancellations within 30 days will receive a credit toward the next Lessons in Living series. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
