Straightforward pricing. No surprises.
Our coaching practice is private pay — we do not accept insurance of any kind, including Medicaid and Medicare. All fees are due at the time of service.
Fees are reviewed annually. You will be notified in advance of any changes.

Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of each session. We accept:
Credit and debit card
A credit or debit card is required on file prior to your first session.
Cancellation policy
We require 48 hours notice for Monday appointments and 24 hours notice for Tuesday through Friday appointments. Cancellations made with less than the required notice will be charged the full session fee.
We understand emergencies happen. Late cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion in the case of a genuine emergency.
Is coaching covered by insurance?
Coaching is not a clinical service and is not covered by insurance. If you are looking for services that may be covered under your plan, please visit our counseling practice page. Please note that counseling services are only available to clients physically located in Texas.
