Straightforward pricing. No surprises.
Our coaching practice is private pay — we do not accept insurance of any kind, including Medicaid and Medicare. All fees are due at the time of service. This model allows us to keep our focus entirely on you — not on what an insurance company will or won't approve.

Fees vary by provider. Your free consultation is a great opportunity to ask questions and figure out which coach is the right fit.

Cancellation policy
We require 48 hours notice for Monday appointments and 24 hours notice for Tuesday through Friday appointments. Cancellations made with less than the required notice will be charged the full session fee.
We understand emergencies happen. Late cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion in the case of a genuine emergency.
Is coaching covered by insurance?
Coaching is not a clinical service and is not covered by insurance. If you are looking for services that may be covered under your plan, please visit our [counseling practice page]. Please note that counseling services are only available to clients physically located in Texas.
