Afternoon Restorative Nap

Built right into the schedule—permission and space to rest deeply (because rest is resourcing).

Your Workshop Day

The workshop runs from 9 AM to 5 PM and includes:

  • Morning: Introduction to advanced resourcing methods, specialized breathing techniques, and beginning ESP development

  • Midday: Five-star catered lunch with mindful eating practices

  • Afternoon: Deep work on Mental Support Group creation, continued practice, and built-in restorative nap time

  • Closing: Integration, takeaways, and your personal gift basket

This is an 11-month commitment combining intensive in-person work with ongoing support.

Your foundation day where you'll learn James's most advanced resourcing methods, develop your ESP and MSG, and experience deep restorative practices.

Ten Monthly Zoom Sessions

Tuesdays 7:00-8:30 AM CST | March - December 2026 | 90 minutes each

Each monthly session includes:

  • Group breathing practice led by James

  • Group processing and support

  • Focus on implementing and creating personal resourcing tools

  • Accountability and community

Total: 11 months of transformation

This combination of intensive in-person training plus consistent monthly practice creates lasting change—not just momentary insights.
