Creative Resourcing: Art Journaling for ADHD

Join counseling intern Jennifer Walsh in a FREE 4-part workshop to learn how to use art journaling and creative expression to manage your ADHD and emotional well-being.
No art experience or talent required!
Jennifer brings both professional training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University and personal experience as someone living with ADHD. As a fellow ADHDer who loves creating with bright paints, disco tiles, yarn, and glitter, she understands how creative expression can be a powerful tool for managing ADHD challenges.
