The 11 also reflects the 11-month intensive development cycle followed by a one-month sabbatical for reflection and integration.

Base Investment: $45,000 for complete 11-month executive development program

Customized Programs: Investment ranges from $45,000 to $100,000 based on individual needs, scope of engagement, and value-added components such as:

  • Specialized therapeutic interventions

Individual Assessment Sessions

$575 per 50-minute session for preliminary individual work to determine program fit and readiness.
