The Empowerment Package combines the power of group learning with the personalization of individual strategy sessions. Over 12 weeks, you'll build a deep understanding of your ADHD brain, develop working structures that actually hold, and have dedicated one-on-one time each week to apply what you're learning directly to your life.
This is not a passive program. It is a committed, guided process — and it works because of that commitment.

Ten weeks of group ADHD education sessions with peers who share your experience
Weekly individual 25-minute strategy sessions with your provider
On-demand education content available between sessions
A signed copy of Focused Forward: Navigating the Emotional Storms of Adult ADHD
Ongoing support from a team with deep personal and professional ADHD expertise
Total investment: $2,222 ($222 per week over 12 weeks)

You must have an ADHD identification to participate.

The Empowerment Package runs over 12 weeks and combines two types of sessions each week.
Group education sessions (10 weeks) Live, virtual group sessions focused on core ADHD topics. These are discussion-based and designed specifically for the ADHD mind — interactive, engaging, and never lecture-format. You'll learn alongside a small group of adults navigating the same terrain, which means the conversation is as valuable as the content.
Topics covered across the 10 weeks include:
What ADHD actually is — neuroscience, wiring, and patterns
The Emotional Distress Syndrome (EDS) of ADHD
Time navigation and time blindness
Emotional regulation and impulsivity
Relationships and communication
Organization — finding what works for your brain
Workplace and career
Self-care and sustainability
Positive aspects of ADHD
Building your personal ADHD resource toolkit
Weekly individual strategy sessions (12 weeks) Each week you will also have a dedicated 25-minute one-on-one session with your provider. This is where the group learning gets applied to your specific life — your goals, your patterns, your working structures. These sessions are practical and forward-focused, with clear next steps each time.

By the end of 12 weeks most clients have a solid foundation — a clearer understanding of their ADHD, working structures that fit their brain, and a stronger sense of what ongoing support looks like for them.
Some clients choose to transition into individual therapy at that point. Others find the group and strategy format is exactly what they need and re-enroll in a future cohort. There is no pressure and no automatic continuation.

The Empowerment Package is facilitated by both James Ochoa, LPC-S and Jennifer Walsh, LPC-Associate. Your weekly individual strategy sessions will be with your assigned provider, who will also participate in the group education sessions.
Counseling services are available to clients physically located in Texas only.
